Production and supply of metal nano ink (conductive ink) | C-INK Co., Ltd.

C-INK enables fine line printing on a wide range of substrate materials

Although C-INK metallic nanoink is a low viscosity inkjet ink, it is capable of accurate printing on a wide range of substrate materials, preventing defects due to ink repellent and bleeding.

C-INK inkjet technology

Due to its low viscosity, inkjet ink can move after landing on the substrate surface, yet such ink movement is undesirable and adversely affects print quality (figure 1).

Fig.2 shows the result of printing C-INK silver nanoink on a PET film without taking any additional measures. Typically, repellent and bleeding after impact often leads to poor print quality that is unacceptable for use.

Tie-ups with inkjet head manufacturers and mass production printer manufacturers

C-INK has established partnerships with inkjet head manufacturers and mass production printer manufacturers, and the following printing examples are the results of evaluations we have conducted with some of those printer manufacturers. We will be happy to introduce you to mass production printer manufacturers that can accommodate your needs. A wide range of inkjet heads can be used, so please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

Stable inkjet printing

High ink stability is essential for stable inkjet printing, and C-INK silver nanoink is guaranteed for 6 months in refrigerated storage. This outstanding characteristic supports stable printing over a long period of time, which is essential for mass production with inkjet printers. Furthermore, C-INK’s nanoink is water-based, which significantly reduces unpleasant organic solvent odors, making it better suited for both workers and the environment.

C-INK nanoink can be used in various inkjet printers

FUJIFILM dimatix's industrial inkjet printer "Material Printer DMP2850" for development purposes can also use C-INK nano ink. We have confirmed that it can be ejected with the standard waveform of the Samba cartridge and that the drawing performance is good.

C-INK nano ink can be used with commercially available home and office inkjet printers. Although it cannot draw fine lines like industrial printers, it is recommended for those who want to try nano ink first. Please contact us for details such as compatible printers and usable substrates. If you are considering using nano ink for printers other than those recommended by C-INK, please contact us using the inquiry form.
