Why is nanoink needed?
There is one clear answer to this question: "To create good metallic films precisely by coating.” We developed our nanoink to effectively meet this need.
What is key is the ability to print fine lines with an inkjet. Conventional conductive inks for inkjet printing have struggled to suppress repellent and bleeding after printing, making pre-treatment such as applying a special base coating essential to achieve accurate printing. In this respect, our nanoink, like UV curable ink, has a feature that allows the ink to remain in place. This enables the creation of fine lines in inkjet printing.
Making the wrong choice of material in the beginning will prevent good results, no matter how much effort is made thereafter. If you are experiencing difficulties with on-demand inkjet production, please try our nanoink. We are certain it will meet your expectations.
